Oh, and I’m assuming the cat is on your lap. This might be a bad assumption…
Yes, the cat was on my lap at the time, but sensation of being comforted occurs even when the cat is not curled up on my person. Just seeing the cat sleeping gives me a sense of warm fuzziness.
